Overall Thoughts: We’re seeing more homes have sold, which is a good sign for the spring market, but a decline in sellers listing their homes; which was a common trend throughout last year, but seems to be even more noticeable due to the COVID-19-I’ve even seen agents write that sellers are pulling their listings off the market because of the current outbreak. 

While understandable, if you do want to (or need to) sell your home, there are measures you can take to reduce the risk as much as possible-and if you’d like the information for that you can check it out here.
